Timing & Event Management Services

 TRACK & FIELD BASIC SERVICES INCLUDE…

• Use of a single FINISHLYNX camera system                
  • Times and lanes will be provided
• Use of HY-TEK MEET MANAGER (entering and seeding athletes in events)    
• Data management during meet
  • Full printed results within 15 minutes of the completion of each race
  • 2 copies of results
  • 1 copy of heat/flight sheets for officials use
  • Posted results at www.elitetiming.net
  • $500.00+  (quote based on number of entries)
  • Multi-day, multi-meet, and multi-year contracts will be discounted

 

EXTRA SERVICES…

• Consultation services for meet administration
  • $100.00 +
• Meet Director
  • $100.00 per small meets / $200.00 per large meets
• Starter (will provide starting pistol and shells)
  • $100.00 per small meets / $200.00 per large meets
• Clerk
  • $100.00 per small meets / $200.00 per large meets
• Field Event Workers (total # needed)     
  • $50.00 per event per worker for all meets
• Late Team and Athlete Entries
  • $50.00 per team
  • $10.00 per athlete (will not exceed $50.00 per team)
• To View Photo Finish
  • $10.00 per photo

 

CROSS COUNTRY AND ROAD RACE BASIC SERVICES INCLUDE…

• Use of HY-TEK MEET MANAGER (entering and seeding athletes in events)    
• Data management during meet

  • Bib numbers assigned to runners
  • Completed packets ready for team pick-up (Cross Country only)
  • Posted results at www.elitetiming.net
  • Race day entries (Road Races only)
  • $300.00+  (quote based on number of entries)
  • $1000.00+ (quote based on number of entries and chip timing)
  • Multi-day, multi-meet, and multi-year contracts will be discounted

  • $100.00 +
• Cross Country Meet Director
  • $100.00 per small meets / $200.00 per large meets
  Road Race Director
  • $200 per race
  Starter (will provide starting pistol and shells)

  • $50.00 per team
  • $10.00 per athlete (will not exceed $50.00 per team)
• Use of flagging, cones, finish clock, mile markers
